Summaries

Hatice is the older of two daughters of Turkish parents living in Germany. And while their father is open minded and has adapted to the Western lifestyle in most regards, he still stands firm on some Turkish traditions. One of them is that a younger daughter cannot get married before her older sisters. With her younger sister already pregnant, Hatice is under pressure to find a husband in a hurry. But she isn't going to marry just anybody. Her husband must be German. And he must have the fire of a Turkish man. The search of a suitable man is on.

Native German lover Stefan wants to become a virtual 'Turkish fiance' for Hatice Coskun,w ho dumps him because she wants a real European, not even hot modern colleague reporter Ali at the office being a real Turk. Yet if her pregnant sister Fatma wants to marry the father, their Anatolian village-migrated patriarch Ismail demands firstborn Hatice gets hooked first. So Hatice grudgingly starts dating for an acceptable groom, well a fake one willing to play along probably, but can't bring herself to take Stefan back or get physical fast to lure a sexy one nights stand. Only gay friend Gero's hunky buddy Hannes is actually desirable, but refuses to be rushed. Getting Gero to play Hannes backfires as Ismael spots him gay kissing. Will the Coskun family gets its double wedding, or none at all? The women conspire on, but father isn't easier tricked then eligible men and Hatice keeps getting caught in her own web of lies.—KGF Vissers
