The series follows the story of Aryamaan (Mukesh Khanna), the warrior Prince of the human inhabited Thar Empire of the Ariyana galaxy, situated millions of light years away from Earth. Aryamaan, son of Emperor Jarant and the Emperor's second wife Queen Rasa, is the rightful heir to the throne of the Thar Empire. When Aryamaan was born, the drought-struck Ariyana experienced its first showers in many years. Aaryamaan being the son of Emperor Jarant is the rightful heir of the Thar empire, but instead is forced into exile by his step mother Queen Nasa. Jealous of Aaryamaan and resentful that her son Durdan cannot succeed the king conspires to get Aaryamaan killed. But the 750-year old Hoshin, a direct descendant of the great Ariyan and the head of the Gurukshetra, comes to Aaryamaan's rescue.
