A shy tattoo artist must infiltrate a notorious gang of surf witches to discover what happened to her missing brother.

After her brother goes missing in a nearby beach town, Nic goes looking for him and discovers that she is up against a very intimidating gang of goth surfer girls who practice witchcraft. She is certain that they have him and realizes that she needs help from the local girls' motorcycle gang because she's about to go into dangerous waters. Lily, her new friend and lover, acts as the bridge between the groups and helps Nic learn how to surf and toughen up so she can become "one of them" to find her brother.
