From October 30th to November 5th, Cape Verde organizes Morabeza, a literary festival that will bring together around 40 authors in Praia. RTP Africa will be, on a daily basis, the echo of this "City of Letters" in a program that will give voice to writers and accompany the many events of a program that intend to develop the editorial environment and the literary production of the islands.
