Alberto Fujimori's corrupt government falls in the city of Lima. While seven unscrupulous people cross paths, fascinated by the charms of a skillfully conman and the chance this man gives them to fulfil their most urgent dreams. Rafo (a young film-maker) is desperate to sell his car and Gutierrez (who's supposed to be a Spanish businessman) appears out of the blue to buy it. This insignificant situation is the axis used to build a structure of situations and dangerous relationships.
