The night club "the River" situated in the small Greek city Livadeia is looking for a music group to perform there for a few nights. Many different musicians come from all over Greece and many funny incidents take place among them.

With truckloads of Greek-American expatriates flocking into Delphi for their annual August convention, legendary local nightlife figure Mimis is in grave need of musicians for his club, The River. The news spreads like wildfire, and musicians and singers from the four corners of Greece arrive in Livadeia at first light, forming a vibrant kaleidoscope. But to make big bucks overnight, Mimis must plan everything down to the last detail. Instead, old rivalries, broken hearts, and personal agendas get in the way of a memorable event.
