A teenage boy with a cat slipped into Neo-Tokio of A.D. 2050 from Tokyo of A.D. 1983, and he lost his memory. Captain Gondo of a brunch police station Magnapolice-38 gives him a name as Ryû Urashima, and assigns him as a special police officer, because there is a high possibility that he has something like a supernatural power due to the time travel. Ryû and his colleagues Claude and Sophia fight against a huge crime organization Neo-crime.

An adaptation of a short-lived manga series by Hirohisa Soda, about the theme of time-travel. The story opens in 1983, when an unidentified young man and his pet cat are fleeing from police units tasked with capturing them. An already stormy night turns into a cyclone caused by a space-time anomaly. The young man and his pet time travel to the year 2050. He suffers from amnesia and can not remember his real identity, but he soon finds himself targeted by the criminal organization Necrime. The amnesiac man is recruited by the police , who hope to use him against Necrime. He starts using the alias Ryu Urashima, naming himself after the folklore character Urashima Taro who found himself in a different era than his own. Ryu's new best friend is Sophia Nina Rose, a former nun who also joined the police.—Dimos I
