Virus hysteria is a Vietnamese horror comedy film, released in 2022, directed by Nguyen Ngoc Nhat Duy. With content revolving around the escape journey of a film crew from the attack of food-poisoned zombies.

A film crew went to a large resort in a remote mountainous area to make a movie about zombies. They did not expect to encounter real zombies in real life - victims of toxic, unsafe and unhygienic food sold on the market. After the zombie pandemic spread, they began to attack the film crew and transformed most of the crew members. The remaining survivors must work together to find a way to escape the zombies' pursuit and find their way to the airport to receive help from the government army.
