Follow Bart Allen as he crashes through time and teams up with legendary superheroes of the past as they battle Impulse's greatest foe, Inertia.

The story follows Bart Allen (a.k.a Impulse), the grandson of the Flash, and his escapades through time. Bart is attempting to escape a traumatic experience and ends up trapped in the past. Trying to return to his own time, Bart enlists the help of college professor Max Crandall, and aspiring Olympian, Suzanne King-Jones, both of which have more to them than meets the eye. Amongst the love, good times, and headaches, Bart finds himself having to face his greatest foe, Inertia, a rogue speedster who is hell bent on destroying Impulse. Bart is going to have to face many trials along his journey...and prove once and for all that he can run in the footsteps and bear the mantle of the legacy left by his grandfather, the fastest man alive, The Flash.
