In an alternate universe, a huge meteor hit the Earth causing the oceans to dry up. An organization called Neo-ZECT is formed, and Tendou Souji lends his power to help them use a passing comet to fill up the Earth's ocean.

In 1999, an enormous meteor hit the Earth and soon turned it into a wasteland due to the fight between Riders and Worms. At the present, ZECT is split and a new organization called Neo-ZECT is formed. Tendou Souji tells ZECT that he plans to help Neo-ZECT use a passing comet to restore Earth's oceans.—Immanuel A.
