Summaries

In a Montreal high school, 9 young students with atypical paths are brought together around a drama therapy project which aims at providing a voice for marginalized groups. In the course of their meetings, questions unfold around the curious institution that is the 'polyvalente' or public high school. The film discusses without detours the taboos and the difficulties that encounter a youth marked the violence of the world. Searches for meaning, drugs, mental health, performance issues, critiques of society, freedom, radicalism... these young people open up through theater and claim ownership over their words and their space, shattering the stereotypes usually tied to adolescence.—Anonymous
