A dark comedy about a no name wanna be Rhode Island gangster by the name of Nick Sargenti and his goofy group of untalented misfits. The story focuses around a documentary filmmaker following Nick and is group of wannabe gangster's.

The Lolipop Gang is a dark comedy/mockumentary directed by amateur documentarian filmmaker X played by Mike Messier. The film is about a wannabe Rhode Island gangster by the name of Nicholas aka Nick the Genius Sargenti played by Joe Nemchek and his goofy gang of untalented misfits. The gang got mixed up in a pyramid scheme and think they are selling illegal lollipops from Canada. Nick's enablers have him believe he is something he is not. This creates a false sense of entitlement and metaphorically gives him the idea that he is a big fish in a small pond. In other words, he embodies the legend of the modern-day emperors' new cloths. It all changes when exotic dancer Kim F'ing Barnes played by original GLOW girl Jeanne Basone walks into Nicks life and changes everything both for the better and worse.
The film stars ECW original Pitbull # 1 Gary Wolf, New England Music Hall of Fame Inductee Cliff Goodwin, former WCW/ WWE referee Billy Silverman, former ECW tag team champion Chris Michaels, Evan Ginzburg , Steve Blance of GLOW, Rusty Gilligan, and Mike Rand of the Mike Rand Show.
