Mrs. Pepperpot has a magic spoon that can make her shrink.

An animated adaptation of the long-running Norwegian children's book series "Mrs. Pepperpot" (1956-) by Alf Proysen. Mrs. Spoon Pepperpot is the elderly wife of a professional painter, but keeps a secret from her husband. She wears a magical teaspoon around her neck which periodically shrinks her to a tiny size. In this condition, she can communicate with animals and explore the nearby forests. Mrs. Pepperpot is childless, but she forms a friendly relationship with the mysterious little girl Lily. Lily lives as a hermit in the forest, with only a pet mink as her regular company.—Dimos I
