In an era of complete interconnectedness, the sum of the parts lead to a catastrophic whole. Location no longer matters, disaster can strike anywhere-and in November, it hits a luxury hotel in the pretty town of Heiligendeich. The participants, in combination, seem harmless at first glance. They are: Hagen Seibold, Eberhard and Gisela Mustermann, Kowalsky, his girlfriend Olga, and two priests. Only Nora Krüger is special-she's a TV star. But it won't benefit her over the course of the events that await her and the others. Because in the middle of the night, a motley crew arrives at the hotel for a late check-in.
