Little girl Pelsia can transform into a pretty teenager and tries to bring happiness to the world.

A magical girl series based on a manga by Takako Aonuma. The 11-year-old Persia is a jungle girl who spend most of her early life alongside the animals on the Serengeti plains of Africa. Then she gains a Japanese foster family. During her flight to Japan, Persia is summoned to a dream world by the Fairy Queen. The queen's world is in trouble and the queen wants Persia to defend it. She gives Persia a magical golden headband and a magic baton. Persia gains the ability to create portals between the Earth and the dream world, and to temporarily transform herself into a teenage girl. Besides her new mission, Persia has to deal with familiarizing herself with human culture, getting used to feeling attraction for boys, and facing her classmate Yoyoko Manabe who views her as a rival.—Dimos I
