"Shabakeye Koochak" is a puppet show produced by Seyed-Masoud Safavi and Darya Safavi in Saba Animation center. Reza Taleb-Zadeh did the execution and cinematography, Amir Soltan-Ahmadi was the director and head of writers and Meysam Heydarian did the TV directing. Shabakeye Koochak was aired from Saturday to Tuesday on 20 o'clock, on Nasim Network and its reruns were shown on 1 a.m., 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. The show format was puppet-real, while its genre was comedy, fantasy and musical. Mehdi Naeini played the role of 'Sohrab' and Mina Salimi was 'Soheila'; they, alongside puppet of different animals, run a TV network and produce different programs. During the new eve holidays (2021), 13 episodes were aired on channel 2 and later on, all 52 episodes of season 1 (with minor changes) were broadcasted again from 28 August, 2021. Due to its high quality and similarity to international productions of the time, Shabakeye Koochak received much acclaim and positive reviews.Seyed-Masoud Safavi, Darya Safavi and Reza Taleb-Zadeh offered the first draft to Saba Animation Center in the summer of 2019. The idea was a puppet-real show about running a TV network and its backstage. The show had to have various items (as if produced for Shabakeye Koochak) which were adjustable based on viewers' feedback. By the end of same year, the outline was completed and proposed items and basic set were approved. In spring, Amir Soltan-Ahmadi and Azadeh Pour-Mokhtar joined the team as head of the writers and project advisor, respectively. Amir Soltan-Ahmadi created a virtual think-tank for exchange of ideas; through this, he alongside Mehdi Shah-Piri and Niusha Sadr finalized the plot and characterization. One month later, Meysam Heydarian was added to the think-tank and extra items were designed. After that, Mohammad Kheyr-Andish designed the main characters and Hedyeh Hashemi made them. To make the characters more concrete, seven practice sessions were held with the director/head of writers, voice actors, puppeteers and actors. They exchanged ideas about special characteristics of each puppet to make them and their relationships more real and believable.
