Four close friends cum roommates (Srinivas Naidu from Hyderabad, Girish Reddy from Telangana, Narain from Chennai and Nongem from Mizoram) are part of a programming team in the same company. Remaining on the 'bench' for a long time during recession, they along with their other 5 team members get a chance to go on an on site duty to Japan, for which they have to undergo a one week training on a new software application and etiquette orientation. After the training, only the best four will be selected from the team. So they get trained by 2 Japanese instructors for a week. Comedy of errors begin to happen due to difference in accents, culture and social etiquette between the Japanese instructors and the trainees. Due to competition, envy, conflicts and misunderstandings arise among them. They form internal groups to outdo each other and in the end everything leads to chaos.
