A mini-documentary on the story of T (AKA Tim Bartsch). T is a survivor of both HIV and AIDS and (as a result) lower spinal cord damage who has been trying to make our world a better place for all since his HIV diagnosis in 1996. The documentary begins by introducing the viewer to T's music and his HIV-positive status. It then narrates how T acquired HIV in 1996, nearly died from AIDS in 2009, and why, since his HIV diagnosis, he identifies more with people in the Global South. An activist was born, and Southern Time Productions was created in 2005 to produce the first iteration of his rock opera. As well, after nearly dying from AIDS in 2009, leaving T with lower spinal cord damage, T expresses how he since feels more empowered to make a positive difference in our world as a disabled man.—Timothy Bartsch
