A young boy visits his father in a secluded cabin; the father is attacked by a werewolf and becomes one himself every full moon. However, the boy constantly tries to warn others, but no one will believe him.
Richie Bridgestone (whose parents are divorced) goes to spend the weekend with his father at his secluded mountain cabin. During a moonlight hike, they are attacked in the darkness by a creature that he recognizes as a werewolf. During the struggle, the werewolf falls into a ravine and is impaled by a wooden fence, but not before biting his father. Upon investigation, they find their attacker to be human and the sheriff concludes their attacker was an insane drifter. He spends the rest of the film trying to convince his mother, and his therapist that his father is now a werewolf.—John Cropper <[email protected]>
Robert Bridgestone has divorced his wife Sandy Bridgestone and travels with his son Richie Bridgestone to an isolated cabin to spend a couple of days together. While walking during the night, Robert is attacked and bitten by a werewolf. Robert fights and kills him in self-defense and he turns into a man again. Richie claims to the Sheriff and to his father that the man was a werewolf but nobody believes in the boy. His psychologist thinks it may be a trauma and Sandy decides to travel back to the cabin with Robert and Richie in the full moon.
