A comic romance between the short and stubborn Aoba Shunsuke and the large and sweet Natsumi Asaoka.

An adaptation of the manga series "The Kabocha Wine" ("The Pumpkin Wine", 1981-1984) by Mitsuru Miura. The series is about a seemingly odd romantic couple. Shunsuke Aoba is a tough guy, but he is an unusually short teenager: standing at 1.45 m (4 ft 9 in) in height. His girlfriend Natsumi Asaoka is both taller and bustier than the average teenage girl: standing at 1.80 m (5 ft 11 in) in height. She towers over her love interest.—Dimos I
