He can't talk nor express his feelings, so he communicates with Vex through telepathy. Actually, Kaze's true wish in life is to have a mouth and express his own thoughts. King Gwin is a little eyeball that rules the kingdom. Kaze and Vex are his knights, and they serve the king in whatever he needs.
