A talented martial arts student goes after his expelled brother, who get into bad company.

After failing his fellow students in a Lion Dance competition, Dragon (Jackie Chan) is sent away from his school in disgrace, on the condition that he must find his errant brother. Much martial arts mayhem and mistaken-identity silliness ensue.—Serdar Yegulalp <[email protected]>

Dragon , the younger of two orphans who are brought up by a strict master, tries to save the elder orphan, Tiger, from being arrested by the county sheriff. As he attempts to capture the chief thief he keeps bumping into the sheriff and his two children. He manages to clean his own name and save Tiger's life by capturing the prisoner whom Tiger has innocently set free.
