Synopsis

In 1965, a couple from Hong Kong is showing off their identical twin boys. In the meantime, the same hospital is transporting Crazy Kung, a deadly gang boss, as a detainee. The twins are permanently split up amid the mayhem that follows Crazy Kung's escape and attempt to kidnap one of them. After his parents bring one of the twins to America, Ma Yau goes on to become a concert pianist and conductor. The second twin, Ma Wan, is discovered and brought up by Tsui, an alcoholic, and goes on to become Bok Min, a street racer and martial artist. They have been unaware for years that he has a sibling who is just like him.

Two decades later, the twins' paths cross once more: Ma Yau is getting ready to perform a big performance in Hong Kong, while Bok Min and his closest buddy Tarzan wind up with a deadly gang. Furthermore, the twins have love interests: Yau meets Tong Sum, a young woman from a respected household who secretly has a penchant for warrior types, and Bok Min meets Barbara, a club singer Tarzan is after. After some time, the twins cross paths and find they have an odd bond. Consequently, a series of humorous misunderstandings occur when Ma Yau is unintentionally recruited by the gangsters to serve as an escape driver in the liberation of none other than Crazy Kung; Bok Min is compelled to lead Yau's concert, which turns out to be a huge hit despite his complete lack of musical ability; and the two of them wind up falling in love with each other's girl.

When the gangsters abduct Tarzan in order to force Ma Yau to turn up a suitcase that was intended for Crazy Kung but Ma Yau had inadvertently taken, things finally reach a breaking point. at a battle at a car testing facility, Crazy Kung is killed in a rogue crash test car, and the twins band together to take down the gang that has completely upended their lives. As the movie comes to a close, the twins' double wedding to their girls is approaching, and Bok Min is introduced to his real parents. However, after Bok Min changes his mind and Ma Yau goes in search of him, a final joke is delivered when the wedding guests see the twins together and can not tell them apart.
