Mettaton finally gets a chance at his dreams to be a hero to the surface, while facing off against one of the UT community's most dangerous foes, the Bête Noire.

In a prequel to the hit films "Descended Scientist" and "The Last Hope," Bête Noire launches an attack on the city's biggest refuge, aiming to cripple the world's defenses, and draw out the elusive Chara. Recognizing this as a second chance after her last attack, Mettaton takes the stage, hoping to seize his moment and finally be the shining hero for the surface he's always aspired to be.
