A Filipino superhero must decide if saving the world is worth leaving his children behind.

Magno Meneses lives a seemingly ordinary life working as a plumber while also taking responsibility for the care of his children. However, after an accident involving a powerful substance known as the Walo-Walo, Magno gains incredible superpowers and decides to use them to fight crime as the superhero Wapakman. However, things become complicated as he tries to balance his superhero career and his family life while he's pitted against several villains who were exposed to the same substance as him, including another supervillain created by the evil Dr. Rex Powers-Mutaman.
