Summaries

Dick Underwood's desire to marry Dorothy Travers receives strong opposition from her father, and the couple decides to elope. Their escape is thwarted by an accident, however, and John Travers takes his daughter home, where she is courted by crooked stock promoter Jack Allen. Dick and Dorothy's second attempt to elope is foiled by Allen, and Dick lands in jail. He escapes, and a fight with Allen leaves Dick as sole contender for Dorothy. Allen is caught for misusing the mails, and Dick receives John Travers' blessing. The hero's athletic stunts are featured.—AFI
