Even though Mak and Blake were adopted from different families by Jennifer, the "Andrews" family have a lot of love and similarities, but, don't tell them that! Mak is a fun, crazy, caring teen who doesn't always comprehend every situation, so, he misinterprets many things and consequently finds himself in trouble. His adopted sister, Blake, is more level-headed, but, somehow, he manages to drag her into his "schemes" anyway, because, even though he's annoying, she knows he means well and she just can't handle seeing her brother in trouble. Despite always getting into hilarious situations, the family always seems to find a way to help others, as well as each other, because, after all... that's what they do!
