At age 28, the elegant and famous writer Oscar Wilde is on a journey across the United States. It's 1882. A wagon wheel collapses, leaving Wilde stranded overnight in a log cabin with hillbilly characters. Danish version of Morgan's 1957 dramatic BBC debut.
