Inspired by true events, this crime drama is about a secret society called Legion of Law that meets in a champagne lounge to debate real-life criminal cases. In a parallel story, Vence, a vigilante, is hired by the Legion of Law to kill Paul Hopkins, a surgeon who just got his parole after being charged with first-degree murder for stabbing his young kids to death.
