Wu-Ping, a martial artist trained in China, returns to the U.S. seeking revenge. He allies with detectives against a gangster and mercenaries.

Wu- Ping is a young man that was forced to flee the states under mysterious circumstances. He now trains as a martial artists in the mountains of China and does not intend to return. Outside forces have dragged him back to the United States and reignited his desire for revenge. He partners with a couple of detectives that still seek to enforce the law and do their job the right way. Now he faces off against a vicious gangster that runs the city and his group of mercenaries. Can Wu-Ping prevail?
