Summaries

Jimmy, a Mexican-American traveling salesman, arrives at a rural community in Mexico where he hopes to conduct business out of his trailer. Soon it becomes obvious there are other reasons behind his arrival at this particular community. He intends to recover his parent's properties which were stolen 25 years ago by Don Plutarco with the help of attorney Ruvalcaba. At that time Jimmy was just a helpless kid and it was easy for them to get rid of him by banishing him to the United States where he grew up alone and mostly homeless. Jimmy, whose real name is Joaquin Murieta, has gathered enough documentation to put the evil Don Plutarco and his accomplice in jail and take over the hacienda, lands and cattle which rightly belongs to him. Things become complicated when Jimmy meets and falls in love with Don Plutarco's daughter, the beautiful and proud Rosalia, who is engaged to wealthy rancher Felipe, a union that Don Plutarco sees as an opportunity to expand his wealth and power in the region. Will Jimmy proceed with his revenge plans which will certainly destroy the woman he loves and her family?—Mark Martin
