Rick Thorn works as a video game tester, is married to the love of his life Taylor and they are expecting their first child. He thinks he's just an average family guy and he loves his life. He doesn't know his grandfather, Bourne Thorn was a government assassin that founded an elite secret agent group called the Unexplained Phenomena Division (UPD) and stopped a madman named Maximus Eldridge from releasing a zombie army from a tomb in the late 1800's. The government believes that the assassin blood is in Rick's body and they need him to stop Maximus' grandson, Helmut, from releasing the same zombie army. Rick will learn that his wife and grandmother-in-law are both government agents who have been secretly helping with his recruitment. Helmut Eldridge is a solid gold laser gun toting, disco and voodoo loving mad man. After he narrowly escapes the clutches of the government's Unexplained Phenomena Division (UPD), Eldridge heads off to release his great-great-grandfathers Zombie Army from their tombs to rule the world. It will be up to Rick Thorn to save us all from Eldridges Zombie Army. Rick will have to come to terms with the fact that zombies, ghosts and magic are real and most importantly, he is the only one that can stop the Zombie Army and save the world as we know it.
