Hard hats and heels
A torchlight tour of the devastation that awaits inside. Lana snaps into action, hiring an American Hotel Manager and an Egyptian designer. Deadlines are missed and money is running out. Undeterred, Lana and Carleton travel to Provence, Venice and Cairo for ideas and expensive furniture. Will Lana's millionaire cousins come up with essential extras to bankroll Lana's dream of a luxury hotel?

Our woman in Cairo
Concrete for the lift tower arrives too early, a container of Egyptian marble does not. To track the elusive Essam Lana and Carleton jet to Egypt, where they discover that the luxury spa furniture is nothing like they were promised and the Bistro furniture is already at sea. Frustrated, Lana shops for chandeliers and champagne buckets. There are only 5 weeks to the opening day. Sparks will fly.

The Bistro furniture built in Cairo arrives in desperate need of repairs. Ten thousand feet of carpet needs laying. Lana and Carleton go wine buying in Provence. In Norwich, Brian feels unloved and Charity had enough of curtain making. With the opening deadline taking on a threatening shape, Lana calls staff crisis meeting. Will Brian survive the gathering storm clouds of Lana's temper?

With the alcohol license nowhere in sight, Lana and Carleton face tough choices.

To overcome almost impossible challenges, they must make a great sacrifice.
