When Mang Kepweng died because of mysterious circumstances, buried with him was the secret that besides his son Zacharias (James Blanco), he had another son, Kiefer (Vhong Navarro), heir to the magic bandanna that has the power to cure any illness. Because of this, Mang Kepweng's old nemesis, Ingkong Kapiz (Pen Medina) returns to spread darkness and destroy Kiefer.
