A party of adventures attempt to defeat a demon lord. They fail, accidentally sending her back in time. The demon lord decides to go to the adventurer school where these four girls trained, and become their teacher.

In the land of the Fighting Foodons, regular recipes turn into meal-time monsters when the art of culinary combat is concocted. It's all friendly competition, that is, until evil becomes the order of the day. King Gorge and his Gluttons have cooked up a devious plan to rule the world and they've sprinkled an extra dash of destruction. By kidnapping all the world's greatest Foodon chefs they've truly set the table for trouble. But wait! There's one boy named Chase, a young apprentice chef with an appetite for action, who thinks he has what it takes to become an Elite Master Chef like his father, Master Chef Jack. Chase believes that he himself can change the world, one meal at a time.

The story begins with the queen bee hive being attacked and destroyed by an army of wasps, which kill almost all the bees inside and devour their eggs. The queen bee is forced to flee, but an egg is saved from the terrible slaughter, ending up hidden under a leaf. This egg is then found by a female bumblebee, the queen's handmaid, and taken by her as if it were one of her own.
