Summary Fifteen years ago, Indian Sadhu Swami Shivananda had a metaphysical experience. He claims to have received instructions from God. His orders were to take up the gauntlet of Eco activism to protect the world's most sacred river - the Ganges. Clearly, this is no ordinary environmental protest. 'Satyagraha' tells the story of a group of humble Sadhus who have taken on a corrupt government, a paid off police force, and a powerful mining mafia to protect the holiness of the Ganges River.
