Clayt is 18 when orphaned heading to a new home out West. He's responsible for sisters Kathy and Amy who are 16 and 6, twin brothers almost 12. New neighbor is Major Mapoy, a sometime antagonist while Jim is their hand.

Two brothers and a sister separated by Indians when the younger brother and sister were taken by them. The brothers finally reunite and decide to go on a quest to find their sister.

A wanted-fugitive, called "Nevada," is wounded by a pursuing posse of lawmen, and is left to die on the desert by his companion, Bill Hall. He is rescued by a young rancher, Ben Ide, who is in love with Ina Blaine, daughter of a neighboring rancher. While "Nevada" is recovering, he and Ina fall in love but, through his loyalty to Ben, he sends her away. Going home, Ina falls into the clutches of Bill Hall, now heading a gang of rustlers, but the real leader is Les Setter who is posing as an honest rancher, and he has designs on Ina himself.

The Macahans, a family from Virginia, headed by Zeb Macahan, travel across the country to pioneer a new land and a new home in the American West.

The adventures of a railroad detective in the old West were depicted in this unsold pilot for NBC- TV.

When a cowpoke steps into a fight and saves the life of a disreputable gambler, the gambler decides to reciprocate by revealing to his new-found friend the truth about the cowpoke's fiancée.
