S6.E23 ∙ Wie wird ein Maibaum aufgestellt?

An Iranian family survives the shah and the ayatollah and moves to France. This story follows the family through it all. Despite the politics, revolution, prison, beatings, assassinations and suicides this is a comedy.

Sort of a low-budget Short Cuts (1993), set in the Flemish port city of Antwerp on a warm day in June. Natalie, her brother Chouki, her boyfriend Walter and his ex Lara, the gallery keeper Firmin, unhappily married French language teacher Paul Garcin, a couple of party-loving studs from Ghent (another Flemish city) and the enigmatic Windman, independently go about their lives, which have little in common, yet all end up on the same place for a grand party that evening.

Agnese has many men who woo her and lives with her cousin Cesira Franca Valeri, who has the opposite problem with men and wishes she would also have men woo her.

After she loses her mobile phone, a lawyer receives a call from the person who found it. They talk and hit it off very quickly. But she's in shock when she sees that he's very short.

A horrible accident takes place between two buses on the highway in Behrampore which includes students returning after winning their kabadi match, a newly-wed couple, a lover taking his love of life to meet his parents and a girl traveling for 2nd time to the city of Kolkata to meet someone who helped her when she went to the city for the first time - later it's revealed how lives of two couples among those passengers were connected and things take a tragic turn after the accident.

Two Y generation dreamers meet and begin dating through false pretenses but when their lies catch up with them they are forced to take a good look at their choices and become the people they dreamed of.
