A Danish fisherman with economic problems due to fishing quotas takes a marine biologist, a city girl doing research on fishing quotas, with him out fishing 5 times for extra quota. He takes her sightseeing. They fall in love.

Leo Spivak is drifting through life without a compass. His father is aging fast, his teenage daughter is rebelling, his protégé is after his job and his wife is losing her patience. A twist of fate and some bizarre wisdom from a "freelance rabbi" help Leo navigate the murky waters of his life and turn his crisis into a second-chance.

A artist in recovery meets a free spirited actress when he helps her out of a difficult situation at a casting studio. To thank him, she takes him on an all-night adventure through Los Angeles that shows him he has something more worth living for.

Las Vegas Headliner, Billy Rizzo, loses it all and becomes homeless. Fate and Faith, intervene and he returns to the top, with a different mindset and view of those in need, to be a ministry to the homeless.
