Test

Summary With their recent defeats, Klipse and Droog have gone off the radar. There's been no Monsuno activity for weeks which means no dramatic missions for CHASE and TCT. But, they're not just sitting around doing nothing, Jon Ace has plenty of jobs for their highly developed Monsuno skills...manual labor. More like Monsuno-sized chores. They're bored out of their minds and desperate to get back in the krag. So when reports of a few smalltime crooks slinging a batch of Essence come in, TCT leap at the news. Finally, some action! A little more action than they expected because the BLACK MARKETEERS are already being relieved of their Essence...by the HAND OF DESTINY. TCT spin eagerly, but are disappointed when the HoD flee. That just leaves the Marketers. But it's a boring battle... because it's no battle at all. Essence secured, Jon Ace tells them to forget the HoD and come back to HQ. Where's the fun in that? And so, with a little nudge from Dax ("Did he say forget them...or go get?") Chase willfully misunderstands the order, and TCT race after the fleeing HoD. Amid a huge network of electricity PYLONS, they find DROOG has joined the HoD. Droog has tons of Essence, why does he need more? For an experiment. One involving TONE WAVELENGTHS and a large electrical grid. "Oh, kinda like these huge pylons?" Yes. Exactly like them. BOOM! The case of Essence explodes. Droog's experiment is a weapon that detonates nearby Monsuno Essence. It's like a mini FAILSAFE DEVICE ("Actually, it's a Tone Detonator"). TCT have to destroy this weapon immediately. Woohoo! Spin time! It's a huge Monsuno battle that goes a bit weird when the emanations from the Tone Detonator start interfering with TCT's Monsuno commands. Finally, TCT defeat Droog, screwing up his experiment by destroying the huge electrical grid and ridding the world of his evil weapon. They're back in the game! Little do they know Droog's experiment was a complete success. And today was only the beginning...
