Picking up where the previous film (The Prophecy) left off, Otoha, the new Karas seeks to claim vengeance against the Yakuza that murdered his younger sibling and who left him for dead. There are some places a cop can never go, like high school. Highly reminiscent of Die Hard, right down to a scene where Ryu bunjee-jumps off of the roof of the hotel skyscraper with a fire hose.
