The evil Professor Klon is back, not only to overthrow the Government but also to control the world's supply of fresh water through his ingenious plan, "Black Water". Ghost Cat : an Asian spirit endowed with powers to transform into various creature forms and sent by Daguey, a Eastern myth being to find lost treasure in an American railroad town called Tombstone Junction. She teams up with a Ranger and a hulk like monster after beating each other up, they are aided by Christopher, a Supreme figure who lead them to victory and find redemption instead of vengeance.

It is the Edo Period. Takanosuke, Nami, and Kyoutaro of the Shippu School and Ichikaku and Ichiga of the Jinrai School are confronted by Oiranda and Aunja of the "Seven Spears of Darkness" and then Teruhime, whom the two Jinrai School members guard, is attacked. They were after the "Tenshoishi" ("Ascension Stone"), a stone said to be capable of destroying the world, which was in Teruhime's possession. Just when all seemed to be lost, the Hurricangers and the Gouraigers suddenly appear, having traveled back in time from the future, and a fierce battle ensues.
