Big Shadow is finally seen as a man wearing a black mask with two horns and, dressed in black clothing and cape.. Akira and the other boy finally have a chat. The other boy is Hiroshi, Akira's older brother. And just as Reiko was Akira's tutor during Professor Gill's lifetime, Misao was Hiroshi's. Professor Gill it seems did not keep his sons together. With the death of Professor Gill and the destruction of the Dark Destruction Corp by Kikaida, they apparently lost their homes and became street people. Kikaida-01 and Kikaida destroy Hakaida, leaving only its head. But Big Shadow builds Hakaida a new body. Hakaida bows to Big Shadow, twice. But will this new found loyalty last?
