Summary In the prequel to Rugrats: The Movie, Chas is working on his family tree. Tommy and Chuckie decide that they're from the same tree and decide that they're really brothers. Unfortunately, Chuckie - fueled by Angelica - becomes jealous of the attention that Chas is giving his new "brother", and tries to make Tommy look bad.
