Summary Trent is discouraged by his father's disdain for his drawings so he keeps them hidden. Trent is overjoyed when the author of his favorite comics comes to town to sign autographs and tells him about the drawings and his father's seeming intense dislike for comics. Elsa sees an opportunity and tricks the author into trapping four of the rangers in a comic book in which they are destroyed, leaving Trent to try to find a way to free them before it's too late.
