Summary After Rovian loses a duel to Kyofu no Daio (King of Terror), or Za Rugu (The Luge), and gets frozen by him, everybody goes back to Mutsuba-cho (Mutsuba Town) to try to unfreeze her. Yuna tells them that, by being the president of Goha Koporeshon (Goha Enterprises) (the company that created rush duels), she ordered the creation of a card strong enough to defeat Za Rugu. But before the card gets ready, everybody is summoned by him to the 2nd match of the tournament between Mutsuba-cho and his team.
