Summary Thanks to the Rondon's (London) successful plan of purposely losing the 4th match against Za Rugu (The Luge) in his tournament and use Fissha Sukai (Sky Fisher) to expose to everyone how's Za Rugu freezing people, everybody goes back to Mutsuba-cho (Mutsuba Town) to discuss how to permanently stop him. Meanwhile, Za Rugu's henchmen do the same, since they also heard Sukai revelation and can finally avenge their home planets, which were also frozen by Za Rugu.
