S1.E19 ∙ Komasan Season 2: The Rosy Bumpkin Episode 3/Yo-Kai Baku/Kyuubi's Heart Stealing Operation: The Amusement Park

Bartolomeo and Otama look back on Luffy and the Straw Hat Crew's adventures in the Land of Wano. Otama tells Bartolomeo about her meeting with Luffy, and the events leading up to the fierce battle with Kaido.

Halloween descends upon the Minami family: Kana surprises Makoto wearing a vampire costume that Touma made. Since Makoto knows nothing about Halloween, Kana enlightens him. To get into the spirit Makoto is dressed up as a magical girl, and saying "Trick of Treat" to Takeru, yields some candy. The New Year's Day festivities are pretty much over on January 3rd, but when Hayami hands out sweet half-sake (without alcohol supposedly) Yuka and the other girls all end up slightly tipsy. Preparing food on a whim does not agree with Chiaki, she prefers time and effort put into its preparation. Kana and Haruka then start doing things in a whim... with mixed results. On a hot day the air conditioner breaks down, so Kana and the other girls decide not to go to the pool, that would take effort, so they sit around the table in their swimsuits.

Fuujin Year 130 (Medieval times when magic and gods were of great importance). Two years ago, the great war in the "Old Fuujin Continent" was controlled by the "Zenon Country" who possessed great power. In Randia, a small country to the south, the young prince Alfred is attacked by an assassin but gets saved by his friend Welles. The young prince was the last key to the revival of Randia - It was said that in legends the prince had the power to unleash the "Seal of Power" because of his blood relation. This brought fear upon the Zenon country and thus their attack. Welles was just another soldier, but he was also a close friend of Alfred's and they had been fighting together in the battlefield for a long time. That is why they're known as the "Galloping Winds" on the battlefield. And so, the two of them along with Welles' younger sister Teefa, are burdened with the fight for their country. Hearing that war is once again about to break out, the former loyal subject Rea also returns. As more and more people get involved in the war, the mystery of the seal unfolds - To reveal the "Blood Relation of the Prince".
