Summary Robotnik invents a stick of chewing gum which gives its chewer super speed in order to finally catch up with Sonic and stop him. When Tails finds it and gains an increase in speed, he's pleased to be able to go as fast as Sonic and perform similar acts of heroism. After so many misunderstandings, he makes more enemies than friends, but luckily Sonic is there to bail him out.
