Summary Bob and the gang have to convert a house into two flats. Meanwhile, Mr Bentley has been left in charge of the mayor's dog Timmikin, but the dog escapes. Timmikin goes to Bob's yard and eats Pilchard's breakfast. But Pilchard chases him through town and he soon gets trapped in the converted flats.
